1972 Honda cb500 four in fantastic condition. CLEAN NJ TITLE, VIN: CB500-2007317. MILES: 10,479 I’ve owned this bike for about 6 years now and in that time I have brought it from the brink of death to the shining example of a Japanese classic “rider” you see today. Everything has been gone through from the handlebars to the tires. tons of new parts/ service over the past couple years. No issues come to mind, ready to ride. Original cb500 seat and owners manual included!
Beautifully stunning paint job done as close to the original candy garnet brown as possible out of the PPG vibrant color catalog. Paintwork done by the early vette shop, in shohola pa. The tank and side covers are absolutely perfect! no dents, cracks or scratches AT ALL. Custom cafe racer inspired seat with diamond stitching, matching biltwell grips, gauges have been restored and show original miles. OEM four into four exhaust “hm323” pipes are in fantastic shape, no rot, only minor blemishes. Tires/ tubes are original type and only 4 years old. Brakes have been completely gone through and rebuilt with new hoses, lines, caliper rebuild, and fluid. The engine/ gearbox is smooth as silk, no drips, no smoke, no harsh shifting, no issues! I change the oil every spring with shell rotella 15w40 oil and k&n filter. As far as i know the engine has NEVER been apart, although I have done all maintenance including valve adjustments, timing chain tension, and carburetor balancing/ tuning. Battery is only 2 years old and all electrics work as intended. Complete tool kit. Recently installed Dynatek electronic ignition.
