The bike was COMPLETELY disassembled. Every singly piece of the frame was cleaned, inspected, and then POWDER CAOTED black pearl. as well as the rims. The rest of the bike was POWDER COATED a CREAM SPARKLE. I tried to get the finish to show in the pics, but just could not get the true shine. I promise pics do not do the finish justice. The rims have new spokes which were also powder coated to match. The entire engine/transmission was disassembled, inspected and reassembled per the maintenance manual. Here is the good stuff. The engine has been bored and sleeved 1 over. NEW PISTONS, RINGS, VALVES, VALE GUIDES, VALVE SESALS, NEW TIMING CHAIN. ALL OILS SEALS WERE REPLACED. The carbs, I went with the best to put power down, MIKUNI VM30’s duel carbs, with K&N POD FILTERS. I spent days tuning the carbs to near perfection. It RUNS! Timing…..THERE ARE NO POINTS! I got rid of the points and installed an electronic ignition system with timing advance\retard functions and REV limiter. No more adjusting points, also has 30,000 volt DYNA COILS. I can all but guarantee that the bike will start first kick, or push of the starter button. It is kick start, and electric start. The entire wiring of the bike was gone through and rewired. EVERYTHING works, minus a horn, didn’t install one. The headlight has integrated turn signals, and the tail light does as well. The seat pan is a custom hand hammered steel pan, wrapped it white alligator print leather over 30lb gel foam. Brakes, front and rear, shocks, all rebuilt. clubman bars, bar end mirrors, brand new tires, gauges work, all electrical works, even neutral kill. The odometer woks, and is correct per the pic, since the bike was finished, I have put less than 260 miles on it just tuning and couple time to work.
