A 1977 Suzuki Gs550e cafe racer/restomod. Complete custom build.
Engine top end was rebuilt, has a 1980+ gs550e head, jugs, with modified Gs850 CV carburetors – the ride is more responsive, quicker, has a better feel. Kerker 4 into 1 exhaust. Weld repair done the starter housing lip (cosmetic). Kickstart only.
Fiberglass tank – underneath is a fabricated fuel cell, holds over one gallon, which gives a range of 40 miles. Aluminum heat shield keeps the everything above the motor cool. Fiberglass Side covers, modified tail section. Custom seat with aluminum pan.
The frame has modifications to the footrest brackets – which have fabricated rearsets. The tail end of frame was shortened and gusseted, ties in nicely to the tail. Fabricated fork ears, and airbox lid.
New – Clip ons, master cylinder, stainless steel brake line, speedometer, rear shocks, dunlop tires, as well as more new and replacement parts.
All new wiring and electrics.
