Project Yamaha 1100
What you see is what I got with it. Something someone else started and did not finish. Did come with a title. I just fixed the no spark problem it had. Bad connections cleaned is pretty much what it needed. I did take the one plug apart and solder the wires to the tabs and reassemble like factory. I wasn’t getting continuity down to the pickup coils. I test fired with a sniff of brake clean sprayed in the carbs. Sounded healthy. Muffler is a quiet factory Harley Davidson unit. Plugs looked like it ran good last time it was on the road.
I imagine the carbs will need some attention, though I didn’t try to run gas through. I did not get the factory airbox with it. Leaving it up to the buyer to do it up how they want.
With a factory 95hp and if a person puts a more freely breathing air filter set and muffler on, a person should easily get it over 100hp. I use Sigma 6 Jet kits when playing with different air filters and mufflers on these. Tell them what you are doing, where you live and the kits work like magic to get you dialed in.
If buyer wishes I can spray bomb the gas tank before shipping if it is going to bother anyone. It is just how I got it. I have too many projects and thinning a few things out.
