1981 Kawasaki KZ750 LTD-G 750cc vertical twin 1000 miles since build (original miles are unknown) 2015- Frame-off rebuild, every nut and bolt turned. Machined heads, oversized pistons. Carb kit, re-jet, tuned. New plugs and wires. 100% custom café wiring harness (hidden under tank and under seat)- all new wire. Café headlight and black-out front turn signals. Low-profile LED rear light bar (tail light and turn signals). Low-profile battery and custom steel box. New pod filters. New chain and sprocket. Original headers – wrapped into a custom collector (2 to 1) into a Coneeng muffler – all professionally tig welded. Frame and wheels were sandblasted and powder coated. Frame color is black and wheel (and a few other parts) color is black chrome. Custom tank complete with “knee dents” was professionally clear coated over raw patina metal. Custom tail loop, pan, and seat. New Hagon rear shocks. New low profile speedo and tach. New clubman handle bars, grips and levers. All new cables. New rear sets moved to what was previously the passenger foot peg location. New Metzler Lasertec tires. Custom machined starter delete plug – kick only.
