Front control wires threaded through handlebars for a cleaner look
Most hardware replaced with stainless hex heads
New Jets. Mains are two sizes up from standard to account for pod filters. Carb synched with Morgan carbtune.
All new gaskets, seals, filters, and plugs
Rebuilt petcock
Complete top end machine work donated by Morrie at The Wheelmaster
Bore for brand new OEM Honda pistons, rings, wrist pins at .75 over
Cylinder and Valve head flattened/milled
Complete valve job with seats cut and new valves and seals
Cam and rockers ground/polished where needed (cam and rocker technical services donated by Delta Cam)
