I recently finished this bike and have put around 150 miles on since built. My goal was to build a proper Harley Cafe Racer with decent lines and still be comfortable and ridable. I gave the bike some styling cues from the late 60s AMF era using lots of cast silver and the 67/68 paint scheme and decals. Black and Birch white stripes. Wheels are Sun Alloy from Buchanans, brushed anodized silver finish, stainless spokes, New hubs/bearings Front 18×3.5 with Bridgestone 120/70/zr18 Rear 18×4.25 with Bridgestone 150/70/zr18 Polished brake discs/new pads f/r Stainless braided brake lines Modern sport bike brake master front with adjustable levers both sides Motogadget handlebar switches Motogadget led bar end signals Headlight has a white led halo Handlebars are Tarozzi adjustable clip ons Rear sets were made by Chainsikle, these are the “low” rear sets. I’m 6′ and fit comfortably, I specifically chose these because most rear sets are too high and cramped for me Headlight fairing is custom, don’t ask, no no one makes a “bolt on” like this, and I won’t sell you one Tank has been altered professionally also, don’t ask what has been done, some secrets must stay that way Seat pan/cowl is alloy Exhaust is Freedom Performance 2 into 1 (The exhaust in these pictures shows shiny chrome, since these pics were taken I have scotchbrited the chrome to give it more of a satin machined look) Engine, The engine started as an 883, I had bored to 1200cc with Weisco conversion pistons so the top end is completely fresh and needs to be broken in properly All engine fasteners were replaced with Polished stainless fasteners All new factory engine gaskets, primary, cam and top end I installed finned EMD rocker covers and cam cover Speed Merchant finned derby cover Carburator has been properly rejetted to match retro air cleaner and exhaust New Crank sensor New clutch cable, and lubed Suspension Forks have progressive springs and Burly preload adjusters Alloy fork brace Rear shocks are Hagon Nitro piggybacks steering bearings regreased This bike is a professional build and is show quality.
